AIA Soccer Night with Tim Regan - June 25, 2007

Athletes in Action partnered with Calvary Bible Church in Whitehouse Station, NJ to conduct "A Night with Tim Regan". About 60 young boys and girls along with many parents came out to play soccer with Tim and listen to him speak about his life and passion for the game. Tim, a defenseman for the NY Red Bulls, demonstrated ball juggling and gave tips on ball handling and kicking. He also spoke about his faith in Christ and how his relationship with God makes a difference in his life. The Q&A session was spirited. Perhaps one of the highlights of the evening was when Tim, recognizing that a young man in the audience was in need of some new soccer spikes, discreetly gave his pair to the lad as the program ended.
